Using Cheat Engine on an android emulator?

Hi guys! Ive been using cheat engine for a while now, but have very limited technical knowledge of the program. I know how to edit simple stuff, but nothing complex at all
Ive been playing an app on ios that I would like to use cheat engine for to see if I can crack it, so I was wondering if I downloaded the apk and set up say Blue Stacks, would cheat engine work for that? I would also need to somehow manage to get it offline so that I wouldnt have to pay for currency or worry about the server checking the validity of the app, but I dont really know if thats possible. Do you guys know how I would accomplish this?
