FearLess Cheat Engine

I know you can change your character hair and other CC options in game. But i'm wondering if you can use CE to get normally unavailable NPC hair styles for your character? Like the Fire Keeper's or Andre's. Anyone know?

Those are special NPCs with unique models so it won't be possible.
