ESP using CE/ d3d hook/ sprite objects

how to make a d3d hook and create sprite objects for each player. Then use a timer or thread to update the x,y position of the sprite, anyone have any source code for reference or just some useful code lines and or insights into this?

before d3dhook_initial()
you must find out the play's baseaddress of coordinate
