FearLess Cheat Engine

Lately, been having trouble getting this to work. CE freezes up now, and to a point where I have to restart my PC or it'll crash. Only happens with this table. Am I doing something wrong now? (Note: I avoid playing online at all costs, even when playing without the Table)

Stupid question. I am guessing in the Item Give, Weapons and Armor don't work, or is it just me?

For weapons you need to equip the one you want to edit, then select the other weapon slot, then back to load the values. For Armor you just have to open the Details screen for it (Default key is V). Is it me or does the "reduced Cooldowns" seem to just speed the game up, a lot, while in combat?

Couple questions.
1 - What is the Levels RIVAL about?
2 - Exactly how does Equipped buffs max out positive parameters work? Do you always have to equip Pierce Weakness, or, is it that while that option is toggled on, whatever passives you equip will have their positive effects maxed out?
