I actually have another question that I forgot to ask, is there anyway to "create" new cards, or duplicate cards (i.e. when you are completely out of trump cards)? Also, I don't necessarily think this includes every trump card, but...

You can cheat in 21 with that item editor.
I added good trump cards to swap with.
How to do:
Open your inventory just once and swap to your new trump card in cheat engine.
Use your current trump cards as these you have changed to.
It really works.
