Great Update. So correct me if I'm wrong, can we get more abilities now or no?

Table is good, but edited stats, hp, resistance, etc aren't permanent once you save and reload. The tier reset only seems to work after you get to tier 4. And even when you do reset it, you can't choose more abilities when you ascend a tier.
