to me nitro and ammo works (try to close CE and re open it while the game is running) , I was able to edit money and XP manually with some manual scan since they didn't work for me either.

Update1:
- added ignore skill points and resources
- updated time of day mod, changed the functionality a little bit (removed "hold Shift to stop the time of day from advancing").
