nope.
savegame files are the same. copy them from your android phone into your steam version.
guides how to do that are on the internet.

can only activate the script block "weapon stats". not sure yet if the option within will work.

for events i recommend the CE speedhack feature. no need to change values if everything happens at 500x speed ^_^

did you try the steam-version or the bethesda-launcher-but-played-offline-version?

same issues here. the gamergate URL tells me i should login or register and at the bottom it tells me i'm online.
