FearLess Cheat Engine

I have a gog version. (the latest update installed)

I've tried the table from the first post(for the last update) and I see that I can change stats and all but the changes don't get applied..Am I missing something here.

How can I clip through walls? Yellow Tulip NPC got bugged and is nowhere to be found (it's a common bug) so I can't open Yellow Tulip storage door.

As in disabling already taken skills and enabling others instead.

Seriously, I just don't quite understand what's the purpose of them? Do admins honestly believe it will protect them and the site from copyright mafia attacks? I doubt it.
