FearLess Cheat Engine

I mean if i level some perk for example to Level 2 with the Cheat and level the rest myself ingame without Cheat Engine, is this not possible? The Perk is freezing at this level when i set the value with Cheat Engine and the ingame perk counter stopped working automatically so i cant skill the perk ...

I see the cheat list, but i dont know how to activate them ingame. i have the Version CE 6.7. But how do i modify the Perks in the game? WHen i check the box nothing happens

I cant get this to work, i searched for the game Process and can see the Cheat list and i cant activate them aswell, but there is no change ingame.
How do i modify the perk list? Would appreciate some help...
