Is okay, just like what you say the first hit is always 100% getting hit. I feel that the dodge should not be in, is just kinda disrupt the flow of it. As in what you say it is not 100% parry yet. This fix might work:
1- Play a solo game without anything enabled
2- Surrend once
3- Now try again and enable the scripts only when you are playing your second game
