The unlimited items also gives you 99 of the quest items. Figured that I'd let you know. Crafting mats is going to be tricky as the addresses for the items is a pretty wide range.
I did it the hard way and saw them going all the way from 04xxxxxxxx to 09xxxxxxxx. Possibly even higher. But that's what I found anyway.

The mouseover item editor reverts the second you load the game. Tried to make the changes, save the game and then reload. Nope. The changes revert when you load the game. They recently changed things so that gear can only have ONE runeslot. But if you check under gamemaster mode, you can still set up gear with 3 runeslots, so its not that they permanently patched the 3 runeslots out of the game, new items won't generate with more than 1 runeslot. I think the gear level scale according to the suggest level map area not the player. You can also use item pointer to change the gear level.
