Updated the table to 1.40 (codex version), didn't check everything so tell me if something is not working.
Added a simple EXP multiplier (doesn't show ingame) and Max FPS scripts.
Credits to l0wb1t, I only changes a few offsets and added two scripts.

That's the same offset I found, at 0x28C is the weapon deck. I found it just cause it was close to the current backpack item count, but I didn't connect it to the ptrPlayerHook . I think I found the backpack offset, if you go to ptrPlayerHook⇾260⇾158⇾0⇾228 you'll find the max backpack capacity. @ hummus : See if that byte gets accessed. You can then tell for sure if the engine uses it or not. Else you might hit issues when allies occur or some AI also has that byte set to 0.
