FearLess Cheat Engine

The fast construction seems to work only partially when building railroads. I think when you are increasing the level it works but when you are building new ones it doesnt. Can anyone else verify if this is happening?

If you own the game on steam, just go to your library, left click on the game, click properties, under the betas section, choose the old 1.8.3 version

Is the fill up player squadrons option not working for anyone else? Also, what happened with the fast repair option?
