Table version 1.0.7 still work if you follow instruction written above ... Maybe problem is in compatibility,, I had steam english x64 version, whats yours??

Try shinkansens version it works for me with 1.3 version (only problem is that the invetory ids are shifted +1 on position somewhere around id 34)
