I have a GTX 1070 and when overclocked it can handle 1440p at 60~70 fps. I had to edit the settings file directly to enable 2560x1440 though, on the settings tool for some reason it was showing only up to 1920x1080.

If they're ever going to release a remaster it should be Vesperia. And then the PS3 version since that comes with extras over the 360 version. (And then dual audio as well). I think it would be too expensive for them at this point to try to gather everyone again to dub the additional content, which...

Can anyone make a cast speed multipler cheat? You meant the cast time for Malak artes? I'm not really familiar with the battle system yet.
