How did you add skills to items? I can remove them, at least when an item isn't bugged and shows its stats correctly (sometimes everything is at 0, but you can still set negative bonuses to zero out a stat bonus).
You can just give yourself the skill in GM mode.

Hopefully there will be a save editor eventually like MooseEdit for the first game. It's entirely possible already to convert the save files to XML, I did that and got back ~100MB of it to sift through which is quite daunting.

Does Mouse Over Item pointer have any use right now? stuff doesn't save on them. On a note for anyone trying to get the lv18+ gear set visuals as early as possible, i've found out that one of the two chests in the driftwood arena reward room will spawn lv18 divine gear when paired with the epic gear loot in the cheat table. I thought maybe with the Mouseover Item Editor making a change to an item legitimately inside the game would help the Cheat Engine changes take effect, like with editing stats with Selected Character, but this doesn't seem to be the case. The loot ID list makes it pretty clear loot is act-dependent. There are 3 sets of IDs. Thanks again Zanzer!

I think each container has a seed for determining loot. So if you keep opening the same container over and over for epic weapons or accessories, you will get items with the same icons. Wow, very nice! Trying out this new feature I think the container's old contents aren't always overridden, so losing quest items doesn't seem like such a risk. So I noticed the armor sets I got from "Find Item in New Container" with Epic Armor 1/2/3 are weightless.
