Is there a way to be able to cast whatever spell from whatever rank with no limitation regarding how many times you cast it? I wonder because i don't find how to cast rank 5 and 6 offensive spells more than a single time.

Is it possible to modify your perception bonus? I don't seem to find anything for it in the table.
