FearLess Cheat Engine

Can anyone help me?? I use the inventory editor table, I can only stick "+Inventory: Edit Quantity" and cannot active ""+Inventory: Get Item". Any solution ?? I have a similar issue - note that I don't know anything about coding table in Cheat Engine, but when I right-click on "+Inventory: Get Item...
