AddScrap command doesn't seem to work. DebugGiveMaterials works though. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

So how does one get the find item in container to work as intended? sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. What's the trigger? For finding items in a new container it seems you MUST have Lucky Charm leveled up. Just putting it out there if people are having trouble with this. Was getting nothing, ...
