For some reason, my cheat engine does not detect the games. Any Ideas?

I finished my research and you do need to kill mum's heart in New Run before you unlock things with mods even if it is challenges.

Yea there is that new transformation and you can now unlock things in the game without cheating but only after you have beaten Mom's Heart if I understand it correctly. However, i do not know how it works with challenges so I'm gonna try it out and report back ^^

LOL OMG! You are so freaking awesome I did not expect it to be fixed today. Thought I had to wait 1-2 days. XD

A side note, The Custom Seed w/Achievement Script that allows you to be able to get an achievement and unlock stuff even with mods/custom seed does not work either.
