Any way to add spells with full upscaling casting like the ones we got when selecting the druid Land Abilities?

Does anyone discovered how to add spells that can be upcasted already?

Is there any way to add a spell with its upcast components like the ones we gain when we get the some features in the game (as the druid ones when we select an ambient)?
