Is it possible to make 2x experience gain instead of unlimited xp?

I updated the game to v3.0.142.47, but unlimited health still doesn't work for me

After that ship fight when you escape from Fort Joy, unlimited HP doesn't work for me anymore! Anyone else with this issue?
