Updated the co-op table for whatever the latest offsets were. I guess there was a silent update? Version still says 1.05, but I see different offsets.

I updated the inventory pointers and the health/stats pointer to whatever the latest Steam version is. FoV and some infinite ammo scripts are still fucked. I may/may not update them.

There seems to be an issue with Infinite Resources causing some monsters to have god mode, I recommend you only turn it on once, open your inventory then turn it off. It isn't needed after that.

I miss the old days of PEEK and POKE cheats on the C64. Static memory made things so much easier. Nice work detailing how to work with DOSBox, though. I've always wondered how they try to handle static memory on a dynamic memory platform.
