Edit: Looks like it has single player, not played it in awhile. Also, when launching from steam there is a "Play Conan Exiles without battleye" option.

Simple cheat to enable infinite lives. Tested only with Steam version

is it possible to actually use cheat engine on oculus rift games? Yeah why wouldn't it be? Here's one I quickly put together, please let me know if there are any problems. Just check the box next to the cheat and it should give you inf hp, all weps and full ammo.

They updated again. I've updated the table again.

It seems like they updated the game but didn't change the version number. I think the update allows crossplay with windows store people? Anyways, I've updated the table, please let me know if it works. "Enable Me!" while in game and hit ctrl+a for resources
