Ok thanks. I created mode, opened frostymodmanager as administrator, applied mod and pressed launch but game didnt open. Did I do something wrong?

Is there any info how to edit playervalues.ini ? i downloaded frosty editor, but couldnt find playervalues.ini file. In google search i also didnt find info.

Is it possible to increase transfer values for all players? like 1.5x from original value? And also increase wages they ask when negotiating salary? Thanks
