FearLess Cheat Engine

I have been trying to figure out how to make the Camera Mode work for weeks but it is completely beyond me. If you could make a tutorial or anything to show how to get it to work in the Cheat Engine I would be so thankful.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to do this myself, is there a way you can make a script to toggle it or do I just have to figure out what I am doing?
