FearLess Cheat Engine

Does anybody know what the name is for this gear? Looks like it's a white travelers set, but I can only find 2 color sets for that, not this third one.

(there is also a helmet, braces and boots)

As I'm leveling up, I notice it's quite annoying to keep up with leveling my weapons and armor. Could you maybe add a feature that allows you to set all your inventory items to your current level?
