I consider RE.net as just 'extra rewards' you can get for doing stuff in a single player game. Not actual online play like say RE6 where you literally play with other people. But I see your point. Regardless people should still be made aware that modifying the stats like time/saves/items used/etc, c...

There's a lot of data they can see that's not visible on RE.net itself it seems. And data that we do not have access to either. On Facebook they mentioned they can even see how much Gunpowder was used in a run. (combined). With the segmented saves thing they're probably referring to amount of saves ...

I think their detection is semi-automatic. Because the game sends data in intervals, so lets say you killed 5 enemies at 5 minutes in. and then the next upload is 10 minutes you killed 15 enemies. I haven't gotten all the Bunny Hats yet, but I was wondering if simply putting the in-game timer ahead for 5 hours would work for that. (Save game after that, and reload it).

Oh right, the DLC was released today. Time to play again.

[Edit] Looks like the scriptless versions posted by members like Marcus101RR are broken for now. At least in the Ghost Survivors DLC, haven't tried the normal campaigns yet.
