That just means you need 10 soft humanity for the script to activate. It isn't perfect as it will not drop every single item if two or more items exist on one line for the item loot parameters. I'm sure I'm not explaining it well because my knowledge is very limited to this sort of game modification...

This is a table I have had for a long time that has working 100% drop rate and FoV changer. The note says it was created for Steamworks beta patch but it works with the current version, at least for me.
