FearLess Cheat Engine

So, I made the terrible mistake of attempting to use the experimental multiply feats button. Now I can't level up the class I tried to use it with at all. I've reinstalled the game via steam and deleted the offending saves and I can't even level those classes on new games. Any hints for troubleshoot...
