Any idea at all if it'll be possible to enable draconian quest options mid-game using CE?

By the time I realized how piss easy the game was going to be I was already hours in and would rather not have to restart just to turn on 'hard' mode

Everything seems to work great except for the complete time freeze which I can't toggle on the GOG version. I don't own the steam version to see if it works there however.

That's how I feel about it as well. I've been trying since yesterday to find either time or money but the most I've managed to do is freeze the timer when I walk around but crash the game anytime inspecting an object forces a time update.
