If I understood correctly, unlocks only temporarily, like unfogging. When load game without CT, collectables remains locked.

Any chance for earlier mentioned stuff:
- teleport to waypoint
- unlock all datapoints

Yes. The same as Melee Pits and Hunting Grounds. Start game, tick "Challange - Instant Complete" and untick it before starting a new one. Did it myself and it works.
