FearLess Cheat Engine

Is there any way to spawn a Deathbringer machine gun in front of player? (aka Heavy_MachineGun in CE) i thought of maybe to try to replace some item in the world that you drop on the ground with Deathbringer machine gun, but I tried a bunch of trаinеrs and СЕ Tables but none had this option in it to...

Might be a stupid question but i was wondering, is it possible to get the Deathbringer machine gun to be in your inventory to be wielded as a regular weapon?
Or atleast is there a way to spawn it in front of you whenever you want to have it?

Please add third person view mode too please in this table! Old bl1 method to enable third person view doesn't work anymore!

I'm wondering if there is a command that let's you spawn any NPCs? (including story characters like Faith, Joseph and e.t.c.)

And also how is it possible to load DLC weapons and NPCs? I would wanna know, and i'm not intend to upload that anywhere, just wanna play around with them myself!
