FearLess Cheat Engine

The respecc isn't working for me. I wanted to respecc my Oathbreaker Paladin but when I execute the cheat the Level Up Window won't open. For other characters it's working. Is this somehow fixable? Did anybody else try to respecc an Oathbreaker, maybe that is the problem?

Is it possible to break my oath with CE? I'm kinda stuck with my Oath of Vengence, I want to break it but it seems like it's not that easy. I'm in act 2, so I already killed the hag.
It is possible to set the flag with CE permanently?

Is there a way to Spawn enemies? Apparently I missed some Dialoge for Wyll with a Goblin in the Goblin camp. I tried using Talk to the Death but his body was burned so it wasn't possible. So I'm thinking maybe spawn him again, kill it and try again.
