0.10.4 minor hotfix was released yesterday.

From what I can tell nearly all cheats are broken with the exception of infinite ammo. However, infinite ammo will crash the game when you trigger a loading screen. This also applies to cheat engine.

Keep in mind that enabling the console and debug mode so you can add or remove traits (or do almost anything else you could want) is still possible without modifying the checksum and thus disabling ironman/achievements.
