FearLess Cheat Engine

Cheat Engine newb here, I can't seem to get the Item Spawner to work

Huge newb here, what exactly do I need to do to edit my equipment/accessories? I have tried copy pasting various IDs and values in the pointers on characters who have nothing equipped in the accessory slot, but nothing appears to stick. All I want is to have enough Charm of the Learners for everyone...
