Might I recommend being able to edit the number of Investigations and ranked quests completed by your character? It helps make your Guild Card more believable, compared to like 7 High Rank Quests and Hunter Rank 215

It's not frozen. We keep explaining it everytime someone asks, it's locked behind a story quest. You have to finish the quest to release the cap. There are caps at HR 16 and HR 30.
