try resetting them back to level 8, let time actually pass then go level them naturally.

Update 9:Cleaned up the lists for Personas and Skills, so that they are now in alphabetical order. Also added 2 lines in the quick edit portion of the compendium to quickly fill out the Regular/DlC Personas. If you can find the address money, the addresses for Party EXP is -08(hex) and Party Level is -0C(hex) from it. Right now trying to find a pointer for any of those three is not working out, so it looks like someone will need to write up an script for it
