FearLess Cheat Engine

Ahhhh, ok then. I've been adding diplomacy to my ruler to circumvent the vassal limit but it looks like I now have to start giving out viceroyalties to keep up.

Is there a reason why 127 is the hard limit for changing base character skills? Anything higher than that and it gets set to a negative base.
