FearLess Cheat Engine

Ok thanks.Can you explain this to me: "-Epic/Legendary Uruks drop specific item (yup, I know^^)". Uruks leave rare items (once dead) or they will spawn rare items ?

I have a problem. When I change the statistics of a weapon the result is not saved. For example, I have a sword of 107 damage when I change the attack by setting it to 777 damage. I close the game and I reopen my damage is back to 107. An idea? Thank you
