any chance for a function to force chests to only drop +3 gear?

hey, so im using the uruk editor, and under both the marker and picker lists, are all long strings of numbers and alphabets, which is unlike the video tutorials. any way to fix that? or is there a way to convert them?

can you add the min and max damge for the ranged weapons/legendary weapons?
