FearLess Cheat Engine

Anybody willing to make an "unlock everything" cheat for these three games? I want it mostly for starting each game with all costumes, gallery mode unlockables and difficulty settings, assuming that's possible. Hope it's okay to ask.

May I request an RNG modification function for this cheat engine so that every mission/PQ reward is always a guaranteed drop? I'm assuming it doesn't already feature this function as per opening post.
