In case you're wandering how it turned out with me, I ended up doing a full clean reinstall of stellaris and then the table started working, so one of my files might have been corrupted enough to disagree with the table.

@Hopit: From what I see on my end it works just fine. Can you write it up into a step by step thing what you do and where you see it is not working as it should be for you? 1. I start game 2. I load the process and table in CE while on the main menu and enable Recifense's table and the extension 3....

On the topic of the civic picks. When increasing those you are still limited by the regular game rules. Can't pick both militant and pacifist at the same time (same for all the other opposing pairs). For some reason I'm unable to activate the table. (I have newest version of CE)
I've followed the instructions in Usage
I've tried to activate it in the main menu, I've tried to activate it when I've loaded a save and I've tried to activate it while in a battle, all without success

Wait, so the table for 1.05 works with the newest version of the game, 1.06 if you just remove the version check from the script?
