FearLess Cheat Engine

So is adding key items like cookbooks and whetstones not actual give you the unlockables? and if they don't give them is there a way to fix it or just avoid giving yourself the key items?

Is anyone getting game crashes when using the 100% drop on bosses? or is it just me?
