Jake Nickell, co-founder of the innovative t-shirt company Threadless, joins Alex Bogusky at the FearLess Cottage to share his story about taking a 'cool idea' and building it into one of today's fastest growing companies.

He also announces their newest endeavor, Threadless Causes (beta expected Dec. 2010), and gives us a sneak peak! Everybody here at FearLess is really excited about the potential this has to create one new, great big, powerful community by joining the best of both the cause community and the design community.

Is that a paper cup? Oh, for shame! It may be real tea, but it's not real responsible. Please tell me it's one of those ceramic sippers that just looks like a landfiller — that way I can continue to covet the fearless movement.

Rest assured, it only LOOKS like a land-filler. Faux real ;)

In that case, I have 3 thanks for you —

1. Thanks for the witty response to my persnicke-tea post.
2. Thanks for sweating the small stuff too.
3. Thanks for coming from the dark side and shining the light where it's needed. The "movement" will undoubtedly realize great benefit from it.

On the down-side, there goes my nifty idea to mail you a mug as a thank-you gift. :-)

New suggestions welcome.
