Some friends sent us this poster. The whole point of it is to grab it, tweet it, post it and pass it along so it goes viral before the NRA press conference.

Here's an idea as well...I really don't have the bandwidth or resources to produce them at the moment but hopefully someone can if it sparks them. I think it's a good time for people to just share ideas...
--> Give away packs of free, high-quality paper targets at gun shows. When you shoot the target, the paper peels and the adhesive is loose in-between, revealing something in the middle.
When you peel it off, it has the very personal stories behind the silhouettes that those targets represented, and this:
'It's not about you. It's not about your gun. It's not about your rights. It's about keeping those who come between it, safer. It's about time for better, comprehensive approach to gun control.'

We need to message people when and where it counts. It's not about just the facts – it's about framing the argument. That's how you can persuade. And if we want to get anywhere, it needs to be a case to the opposing view that isn't seen as a threat, which is conflict resolution and negotiation 101. Tighter control, to many owners, is welcomed. It's the NRA and other lobbyist (ie; legal bribery) agendas that influence the debate.
We need to focus on the world we want for ourselves; the world we desire from our soul, not our mind. This would be related to freedom, related to peace, related to having the capability to create in each moment joy which is free of the sense struggle and sacrifice. The doorway to that world is now open.
