As a Founding Insurgent of FearLess Revolution, blog Editor, and head of programming, Ana Bogusky leverages her agency skill-sets and expertise to produce FearLessTV and other media and content properties including Climate Reality, Boulder B-Cycle's Ads2Art, the Big Boulder Shutdown, The Jeffrey Smith non-GMO video series and others.

Ana was employee number 23 at Crispin, Porter + Bogusky where she was instrumental in helping CP+B grow in the early days, and she held many different positions in her years there, ranging from Art Director to Studio Manager to Print Production Director to Director of New Business and Public Relations. She was Managing Director of their collateral group Spinoff before it was folded into CP+B.

Prior to CP+B, Ana was studio manager at Beber, Silverstein & Partners, a Miami ad agency.
